2019 - 2020

Protecting commercially sexually exploited children. Passed the legislature in 2020.
- HB 2316
Concerning fees charged to persons who commit trafficking and prostitution offenses. On Governor’s Desk.
2017 - 2018
- HB 1079
Creating a criminal no-contact order for human trafficking and promoting prostitution-related offenses. Passed the legislature in 2017.
- HB 1112/SB 5272
Vacating convictions arising from offenses committed as a result of being a victim of trafficking, promoting prostitution, or promoting commercial sexual abuse of a minor. Senate companion bill, SB 5272, passed the legislature in 2017.
- HB 1184/SB 5184
Modifying patronizing a prostitute provisions. HB 1184 passed the legislature in 2017.
2015 - 2016

Establishing a work group to study human trafficking of youth issues. Did not pass.
- HB 2668
Vacating convictions arising from offenses committed as a result of being a victim of trafficking, promoting prostitution, or promoting commercial sexual abuse of a minor. Did not pass.

Vacating prostitution convictions. Passed the legislature in 2014.
